P3 Laon

P3 Laon is strategically located in the Hauts-de-France region, in the heart of the Pôle d'Activités du Griffon, a fast-growing industrial and logistics zone. The site is situated just 2 minutes from exit 13 of the A26 motorway, at its junction with the N2.

This prime location offers quick and easy access to the Paris region, including Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport (1 hour and 15 minutes away), as well as convenient connections to Belgium and the Grand Est region. It also helps reduce congestion on the A1 highway.

Situated within the Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de Laon, the area provides an ideal business environment along with a substantial labor pool.

P3 offers up to 115,000 m² of space for logistics and industrial use. The complex comprises a 96,000 m² divisible XXL platform and a 19,000 m² building.
