P3 Prague Horní Počernice este situat la Est de Praga, la 15 minute de centrul orașului Praga, la ieșirea 3 de pe autostrada D10 (Prague - Mladá Boleslav - Germania). Centrul comercial Centrum Černý se află la numai 1,5 km distanță. Parcul este ușor accesibil cu mijloacele de transport în comun - stația de metrou Černý este la 1,5 km distanță, stația de tren se află la mai puțin de 1 km și o linie de autobuz dedicată parcului completează accesul acestuia. Construcția parcului a început în anul 2006, iar în prezent cuprinde 35 de clădiri de depozitare.
