P3 is developing a state-of-the-art logistics park at JadeWeserPort with a total of three halls, offering approximately 121,000 m² of logistics space, 9,780 m² of office space, and 9,320 m² of mezzanine space. Located directly at Germany’s only deep-water port (depth 18 m) and just a short distance from the A29 motorway, the site provides excellent connectivity for both national and international distribution.
