Building a total of 140,000 square metres of logistics space at the JadeWeserPort freight transport centre (GVZ). As the only deep-water port in the Federal Republic, it serves a steadily growing international demand and offers opportunities that go far beyond the previous ones. Large shipping companies are increasingly ordering ships with a large draught, which can easily berth here regardless of the tide and also find connections to road and rail thanks to direct link. The project with its three large halls is to be completed in stages. The first hall with 31,738 m² is completed and available for rent. Each hall will be equipped with solar panels on the roof. Larger gates allows the loading of bulky freight.
