P3 Bydgoszcz is located in the southeastern part of the city, on E. Petersona Street, within the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park, near the S5 and S10 expressways and the A1 motorway.The site covers an area of 13 hectares and is planned to accommodate two warehouse buildings. The first building, with an area of nearly 8,000 m², is already in operation. The second building could offer up to 36,000 m² of modern warehouse and office space, tailored to the needs of tenants from various industries.
