The property is well connected to major road arteries and provides an excellent base for both domestic and international transport. The plot covers an area of 19.2 hectares and will be developed with a modern warehouse including office space, with a total floor area of up to 100,000 sqm.

Gliwice is one of the key industrial and logistics hubs in Poland, located at the heart of the Upper Silesian–Zagłębie Metropolis. The city is situated in the immediate vicinity of the A4 motorway (east–west corridor) and close to the A1 motorway (north–south corridor), providing excellent road connections both nationwide and to European markets.

The region features a well-developed rail network, as well as proximity to intermodal terminals and the Silesia Logistics Centre, which further enhances its attractiveness as a distribution hub. An additional advantage is the proximity of Katowice Airport (approx. 40 km), which handles cargo and air freight transport.
