P3 Poznań Park remains a Top Choice for Tenants – more lease renewals signed

Warsaw – 4th March 2026 – P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor, developer and manager of European logistics properties, has signed further lease renewal agreements at P3 Poznań Logistics Park. The tenants’ decisions to extend their leases underscore the park’s strong, strategically advantageous position in the Greater Poland logistics market. 

The new agreements cover more than 64,000 m² of warehouse and office space in three buildings: DC1, DC3, and DC4. Among the companies that decided to continue their cooperation with P3 are PF Logo Express and Hager Polo, both of which have been present at the park for many years and continue to develop their logistics operations there. PF Logo Express specialises in printing on promotional products for tens of thousands of clients located both across Europe and beyond. The company has been operating at the Poznań park for over a decade. This time, it has renewed its lease for 49,679 m² across two warehouses – DC3 and DC4. Hager Polo, a leading provider of comprehensive electrical solutions, has likewise renewed its lease in DC1, where it occupies 7,397 m² of modern space.
