P3 Poznań expands its tenant portfolio – Colian Logistic renews its lease, Arctos Creme joins the park

Warsaw, 30th June 2026 – P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor, developer and manager of European logistics properties, has signed two lease agreements at P3 Poznań. Long-standing tenant Colian Logistic has renewed its lease for 4,825 m² of warehouse space, while Arctos Creme has signed a new agreement for 7,913 m². The transactions further confirm P3 Poznań’s position as one of the key logistics hubs in western Poland.

Colian Logistic is a logistics operator and part of Colian Group, providing comprehensive logistics services including domestic, international and sea freight as well as warehousing, underpinned by technological innovation. The company operates an extensive distribution network in which operational continuity and on-time delivery are the top priorities.

Michalina Ksieniewicz, Leasing Manager, P3 Logistic Parks, says:

“Both signed agreements confirm that P3 Poznań meets the expectations of companies from different sectors and with different needs. We consistently focus on a partnership-based, flexible approach to our tenants, and it is precisely this approach that translates into long-term relationships as well as new agreements in our portfolio. We always strive to ensure that the sustainable logistics spaces we offer genuinely support our clients’ business growth.”

The DC9 building occupied by Colian Logistic holds a BREEAM certificate at Very Good level and an EPC B energy rating, confirming that it meets high energy and environmental efficiency standards. Its technical specifications – a clear height of up to 12 m and a floor load capacity of 7.5 t/m² – fully meet the client’s operational requirements. Thanks to P3’s flexible approach to tenant needs, the company can continue serving its distribution network from this location without disruption.

Daniel Nowicki, Director of Sales, Colian Logistic, says:

“Colian Logistic operates an extensive distribution network in which operational continuity and on-time delivery are an absolute priority. P3 Poznań has been meeting our expectations for years – both in terms of the location relative to our key markets and the technical specifications of the facility itself. Renewing the lease for further years gives us a guarantee of stability for the services we provide to our clients.”

The second transaction at P3 Poznań is a new lease agreement with Arctos Creme, which will occupy 7,913 m² of warehouse space in building DC11. Arctos Creme is one of the largest fondant manufacturers in Europe, supplying companies in the bakery and confectionery sector as well as sweet producers. Headquartered in Koninko near Poznań, the company is now expanding its warehousing capacity by taking advantage of modern infrastructure immediately adjacent to its production plant. Building DC11 holds a BREEAM certificate at Excellent level and an EPC A energy rating. Its technical specifications – a clear height of up to 12 m and a floor load capacity of 7.5 t/m² – provide Arctos Creme with optimal conditions for storing and distributing food products, while maintaining the highest energy and environmental efficiency standards.

Łukasz Waszak, Chief Operating Officer, Arctos Creme, says:

“The dynamic growth of our business requires modern warehousing infrastructure that meets the highest quality and safety standards – essential in the food industry. P3 Poznań, located immediately next to our headquarters, was a natural choice for us. The building’s BREEAM Excellent certification and excellent technical parameters provide us with optimal conditions for storing and distributing our products, and P3’s partnership-oriented approach gives us confidence that our needs will be treated as a priority.”

In both transactions, the tenants were represented by advisory firms JLL and Newmark respectively.
