Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 05 March 2026 – P3, a leading developer and long-term owner of logistics real estate in Europe, has successfully leased approximately 32,378 m² of logistics space in Siegenburg to Müller – Die lila Logistik Deutschland GmbH. The lease agreement has a term of three years, with March 1, 2026 set as the official lease commencement date.
The modern logistics property in Siegenburg stands out due to its strategic location between the economic centers of Munich, Regensburg, and Ingolstadt, as well as its immediate proximity to the A93 motorway (less than 1 km away). The site offers ideal conditions for efficient logistics processes and serves both regional and supra-regional distribution and supply chains.
Müller – Die lila Logistik Deutschland GmbH, an established provider of logistics services, will use the space for third-party logistics (3PL) services.The company is leveraging the property’s modern specifications and excellent transport connections to provide tailored logistics solutions to its customers.

The site is located just 65 kilometers from Munich Airport and offers direct access to the A93 motorway.
