Milan, 5 March 2026 – P3, a long-term investor specialising in the development and management of logistics real estate across Europe, continues its growth journey with the appointment of Roberto Martinelli as Leasing Manager Italy. Based at the company’s Milan headquarters, this key addition strengthens the team and will support the implementation of the company’s leasing and commercialisation strategy for its portfolio in the Italian market.
With this appointment, P3 further consolidates its organisational structure by adding a strategic role focused on enhancing the value of its assets and strengthening relationships with clients and partners.
In his new role, Roberto Martinelli will be responsible for defining and implementing strategic processes related to portfolio commercialisation, leasing activities, contract negotiations, and the development of relationships with tenants and brokers. His contribution will be instrumental in supporting the positioning of P3 assets in strategic locations and in strengthening long-term partnerships.
Roberto holds a degree in Business Administration from the Università Cattolica in Milan and brings more than fifteen years of experience in the Industrial & Logistics real estate sector. Throughout his career, he has served as Transaction & Leasing Manager at leading companies such as Prelios, World Capital and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices | MAGGI Properties, gaining strong expertise in managing complex transactions and developing high-value commercial relationships.
