Luxembourg, Luxembourg – 12.01.2026 – P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”), a leading long-term investor, manager, and developer of logistics properties in Europe, today announces the appointment of Simon Carter as Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Frank Pörschke, who will remain CEO until Simon joins P3 within the next 12 months, at which point the two will work closely with management for a handover period to ensure business continuity and operational stability.
Simon joins P3 with an extensive background in real estate and strategic corporate leadership. Most recently, he has served as Chief Executive Officer at British Land. He was appointed to this role in November 2020 and served as CFO from 2018. Prior to this, Simon was Chief Financial Officer at Logicor, an owner and operator of European logistics real estate.
