About the park

P3 Liberec is located at the north of the Liberec industrial zone, adjacent to the D10 highway on the Prague-Dresden route. It is well connected with the city centre by public transport. Construction of this park began in 2008, and currently it comprises seven existing buildings. The largest customers of the park are Grupo Antolin Bohemia, Knorr-Bremse, NIKA Logistics, Pekm Kabeltechnik and TI Automotive.
