P3 Logistic Parks announces three appointments to strengthen Spain team
  • Nuria Olier Aguado joins P3 as Project Manager. Leticia Conesa reinforces the Asset Management department and Daniel Lasarte joins the Development Management team.
  • The company is undertaking construction projects of more than 130,000 m² and has a land bank of 200,000 m² for future developments.

Madrid, November 10th, 2022 - P3 Logistic Parks, a pan-European real estate investor, developer and owner of logistics real estate, is announces the recruitment of three new professionals to strengthen its team in Spain.

Nuria Olier Aguado joins P3 as Project Manager. Nuria has more than 15 years of experience as an architect and real estate project manager. With her global vision of the logistics sector, she has participated in multiple developments in Spain and Ecuador, from the launches of projects until the final delivery of the properties. Before joining P3 Logistic Parks, Nuria worked as Project Manager at TOP Management. An architect from the University of Navarra, Nuria also holds a master's degree in Environmental Design and Management of Buildings from the same university.

Meanwhile, Leticia Conesa reinforces the Asset Management department and will report to Cristina Rodríguez, head of the Asset Management department at P3. Leticia holds a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Real Estate Business Management from IE Business School, and also a postgraduate degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM) from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. 

Finally, Daniel Lasarte will join the Development Management team, having developed his career at BBVA and at international consulting firm, EY, as Junior Transfer Pricing Consultant.
