(Prague – 27th October 2022) P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Peter Jánoši to oversee its Czech business unit, effective immediately. Mr. Jánoši remains Managing Director of P3’s Slovak business unit and assumes the responsibility for the Czech business in an interim capacity, until a long-term replacement can be appointed for Tomáš Míček, who is no longer part of P3 Logistic Parks.
Mr. Jánoši will continue to grow P3 in the Czech Republic, where the portfolio covers almost 1.4 million m² of gross lettable area, with 36 employees servicing more than 200 customers, many of whom hold investment grade ratings. In Slovakia, P3 holds a market leading position, managing six logistics parks covering approximately 500,000 m² of lettable area.
Frank Pörschke, CEO of P3 Logistic Parks said: „We have full confidence that Peter will continue to grow the P3 business in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia in a profitable and sustainable manner. Our Czech business remains a core component of P3’s ongoing strategy, and we will continue to explore further attractive development and investment opportunities in Central Europe over the coming 12 – 24 months. I would also like to thank Tomáš Míček for his service.“
Peter Jánoši, Managing Director of P3 Logistic Parks Slovakia and Czech Republic added: „I look forward to the opportunity to further grow P3’s Czech and Slovak businesses. Both countries have much in common, not least their location on major pan-European transport corridors, which makes them attractive and well-priced investment destinations for companies that require proximity to their end customers, as well as access to a skilled and available workforce.”
Peter Jánoši is a veteran of the real estate industry. He has spent the last decade with P3 Logistic Parks, growing the Slovak business, and participating in the overall positive trajectory of P3 since its acquisition by GIC in 2016. Prior to that, Peter spent 5 years at CBRE. He concluded his studies in the Czech Republic and Ireland.
