P3 strengthens its presence in the Netherlands with acquisition of logistics asset in Zaltbommel

Amsterdam, 4th December 2025 – P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”), a leading long-term investor, owner, developer, and manager of logistics properties in Europe, continues to strengthen its position in the Netherlands with the acquisition of a 27,468 sqm logistics property in Zaltbommel.

The property is located in a key logistics hub between Utrecht and ’s-Hertogenbosch. Constructed in 2020 and certified BREEAM “Very Good,” the asset provides direct access to the A2 motorway, ensuring excellent connectivity to Rotterdam, Antwerp, and the major economic centers of the Randstad and Ruhr regions.
