Institutional event:
• 10.03 – Casa Alis Conference, 3:50 PM: Industry, Security and Technology: the Pillars of a Strong and Sustainable Economy – moderated by Nicola Porro, with Andrea Amoretti among the main panelists.
Milan, 10 March 2026 – This year again, P3, a long-term investor specializing in the development and management of logistics real estate across Europe, is taking part in LetExpo, organized by ALIS Service in collaboration with Veronafiere.
Now well established, the event has successfully positioned itself as a leading national and international reference point for transport, logistics and business services, with particular focus on current dynamics related to geopolitics and environmental, economic and social sustainability.
The event represents a major meeting point for leading Italian and international players to create networking opportunities and build a system-wide network. Alongside members of the Government and institutions, participants will include major road, maritime and rail transport companies, terminal operators, freight forwarders, stakeholders and business service providers, manufacturers, insurance companies, Italian and European ports, national and international intermodal hubs, associations, operators from the agri-food supply chain and other logistics sectors, companies active in new energy and alternative fuels, as well as numerous research centres and educational institutions, including secondary schools, ITS institutes and universities.
Once again, P3 is among the key participants at the event, strengthening its partnership with ALIS and continuing its steady growth path in Italy, with a portfolio of over 1,000,000 square metres, occupancy close to 100%, and 450,000 sqm available for future developments.
Recently, P3 announced the completion of the lease of a logistics building of approximately 18,500 sqm within P3 Park Altedo, in the province of Bologna. The new tenant is Arvato, a leading international operator in supply chain solutions and integrated logistics, which has chosen the Emilia hub to strengthen its presence in Northern Italy. The asset’s location — next to the Bologna ring road and only two minutes from the A13 Bologna–Padua motorway exit — represents one of the key strategic drivers of the transaction.
The Veneto region is another strategic hub for P3’s activities. In Cittadella, in the province of Padua, the development of a logistics warehouse has recently been completed on a 160,000 sqm site, offering more than 74,000 sqm of GLA, fully leased to a 3PL operator.
The site enjoys a particularly strategic location: direct access to the Pedemontana Veneta Superstrada and a central position relative to Verona, Padua and Treviso, making it an ideal hub to serve the entire manufacturing North-East of Italy while ensuring high operational flexibility.
In addition, the availability of a new logistics building has been announced in the municipality of Castel Gabbiano (CR). The asset, scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026, will offer over 22,000 sqm of total space, with 12-metre clear height, 26 loading bays, 12 truck parking spaces and office areas.
For both operations, the commercialization mandate has been entrusted to WCG – World Capital Group, an Italian real estate brokerage and consultancy firm specialized exclusively in commercial asset classes.
Among the most significant deals in recent months, the GIANO fund, fully subscribed by P3 and managed by Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A., announced the launch of a new logistics development in Treviglio (BG) following the acquisition of an 18,840 sqm site. Located in the productive heart of Northern Italy and adjacent to the Milan metropolitan area, the development benefits from direct access to the A35 (BreBeMi) motorway via the Treviglio exit and is well connected to the Rivoltana SP14 and SP185, two of the main road links between Milan’s major industrial and commercial hubs.
The partnership with ALIS – Associazione Logistica dell’Intermodalità Sostenibile continues. This important industry association connects the various stakeholders of the sector and maintains an open and constructive dialogue with public administrations, with the aim of identifying business synergies and commercial opportunities while contributing to the definition of a shared strategy for sustainable development.
