P3 Logistic Parks opens a new hall at P3 Bratislava D2 park, near Lozorno

The newest hall DC7B at the logistics park, P3 Bratislava D2 near Lozorno, is officially in full operation. Long-term clients of P3 Logistic Parks have taken extra space for the expansion of their businesses. These are IHLE, a European wholesaler of car tyres and wheels, and MX Logistika SL, a distribution warehouse for the MÖBELIX furniture store chain.
The new DC7B hall comprises an area of 21,000 m2 and is a continuation of the expansion of the DC7 logistics building. P3 started this construction project in September last year, in order to meet the growth requirements of long-term client IHLE, which has been renting space at P3 Bratislava D2 park since 2011. Within the new hall, IHLE now operates in approximately one-third of the total area, roughly 6,500 m². It has completed three relocations with P3.

Another long-term tenant at P3 Bratislava D2, is MX Logistika SL. It is now the largest tenant of P3 Logistics Park, occupying a total leasable area of approximately 69,000 m2. In addition to Austria, it also exports goods to the Czech Republic and Hungary, and will soon add another country to its distribution portfolio as part of a major expansion. In the new DC7B hall, the company operates in an area of almost 13,500 m², while also renting space in other halls at P3 Bratislava D2 logistics park.

Peter Jánoši, Managing Director P3 Logistic Parks Slovakia, said: "Flexibility is one of the most popular requirements of our clients. In our business, we focus upon long-term relationships, quality of service and taking care of our clients, who always come first. Many of our tenants have been with us for more than 10 years, including the companies for whom we have built the DC7B hall".

The new hall DC7B at P3 Bratislava D2 logistics park is the seventh property that P3 Logistic Parks manages in this park area, with a total park area of 236,890 m². It is a modern building of the highest quality, with a BREEAM Very Good certification, which meets strict environmental criteria. A unique feature of the park near Lozorno is a 300-year-old oak tree, around which P3 adapted the plans for the new hall by reducing its usable built-up area by approximately 3,000 m².

Peter Jánoši added: "At P3, we also focus upon a long-term sustainable approach with our ESG strategy. We have incorporated an old oak tree into the park's office buildings, creating a natural relaxation zone. We aim to build these in each of our parks, including planting greenery".
