Frankfurt am Main | 13th July 2022. P3 Logistic Parks, a leading developer and owner of logistics properties in Europe, has signed a long-term lease with Haier Germany GmbH for the new logistics building in Ansbach. This means that the P3 Park near Nuremberg is already fully let before completion. P3 was supported in the leasing process by Immolox GmbH from Frankfurt am Main and E & G Real Estate GmbH from Stuttgart.
By the end of 2022, a resource-efficient and modern new building will be constructed on the site with a hall area of almost 27,000 m² plus around 900 m² of office space and approx. 3,200 m² of mezzanine space. The entire 31,000 m² will be taken over by the globally active brand manufacturer of large household appliances from Munich at the turn of the year.
Sönke Kewitz, Managing Director of P3 Logistic Parks Germany, says: "The excellent location of our new park, directly at motorway junction 52 and close to Nuremberg, makes it a popular location for internationally active companies like Haier. Thanks to our speculative approach, we have succeeded in serving the needs of a globally renowned brand for a strategically located property with high sustainability standards."
In line with P3's sustainability goals, the property is to receive a BREEAM rating of "Very Good". Highly efficient water systems and LED lighting systems with motion sensors reduce water and electricity consumption. To preserve the natural habitats of flora and fauna, a near-natural retention basin is used as a wetland biotope on the property in addition to high-quality greening measures. Of the total site area of almost 64,000 m², around 15,000 m² of wooded area will be preserved. In addition, e-charging stations will be installed in the car parks.
The site is located only a few kilometres from the Feuchtwangen/Crailsheim motorway junction. A bus stop within a five-minute walk ensures optimal connections to Ansbach railway station and national public transport.
