P3 Logistic Parks expands Dutch portfolio  with new logistics development in Lelystad

Amsterdam, Netherlands 19th January 2025 – P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”), a leading long-term investor, owner, developer, and manager of logistics properties in Europe has delivered a new, state-of-the-art logistics building in Lelystad in January 2026. Strategically located between Lelystad Airport and the Flevokust inland port, the development strengthens P3’s footprint in the Netherlands with a flexible and future-ready logistics solution.

The property spans approximately 38,000 sqm and can be divided into two independent units of 19,000 sqm each, catering to tenants with varying operational needs. Built according to the latest logistics specifications, the facility offers versatility for companies seeking a prime location with excellent multimodal connectivity.

BUILDING MOMENTUM IN THE NETHERLANDS
With this project P3, in the Netherlands grows its total portfolio to 618,154 m² LFA in 2025. Expected that by the end of 2025 the portfolio will reach a total LFA of 803.582 m², in line with the growth strategy of P3 in the Netherlands.
