Ondřej Hráský appointed Head of Construction for P3 in the Czech Republic

Prague, November 3, 2022 - P3 Logistic Parks, a leading long-term owner, developer and manager of high-quality logistic properties in Europe, has appointed a new Head of Construction for the Czech Republic, Ondřej Hráský.

He joins P3 with many years of experience in the field of construction and started in the role as of November 1. He will assume the agenda of Tomáš Kubín, who will devote himself fully to the management of construction activity across the entire region of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Ondřej Hráský comes to P3 with extensive experience in construction and maintenance. He received an engineering degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, in the field of building fire safety. He started his career as Site Manager Assistant for PBW Group. Another career milestone was working at Kaufland, where he worked in the building maintenance department for almost six years, first as a technical assistant and for the next three years as a project manager.

This was followed by a one-year engagement in northern Italy as a consultant for Amazon, in the construction of robotic distribution centers. Hráský joins P3 from Panattoni, where he worked as a project manager for the past four years. Here, among other things, he was in charge of delivering a recently completed new robotic distribution center in the Olomouc region, for the online retailer, Amazon.

Ondřej Hráský, the new Head of Construction for the Czech Republic, said: "I am looking forward to getting to know the P3 team. My main goal is to prepare and implement quality projects which we can be proud of, as a team and as a company. A fundamental prerequisite of this is collaboration with colleagues and team members, based upon mutual trust and professionalism, and I will strive for this as much as possible in the coming months and years".
