ID Logistics (IDL), European leader in dedicated contract logistics, is present in two parks belonging to P3. In has been operating from P3 Mszczonów since 2015 and, since April of this year, also from P3 Piotrków, where it is leasing over 13,000 m2 of space. Both facilities have been tailored specifically to the Client’s needs. ID Logistics will also manage PepsiCo’s new distribution centre of over 58,000 m2, which is currently being built by P3 in the Mszczonów park.

Large storage space was critical for ID Logistics, which is why we built a warehouse with an above-average height of 12 m at P3 Mszczonów park, allowing us to increase its capacity by as much as 20%. I’m thrilled that the facility handed over by us 4 years ago is still fulfilling all the requirements of ID Logistics and is consistently conducive to the company’s development, which has been confirmed by the extension of the lease agreement for many long years to come.”
IDL’s warehouse at the P3 Mszczonów park, with an area of over 47,000 m2, was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, harnessing among others PIR core panels providing effective insulation of the building against external factors, LED lighting, and solar water heating systems.

P3 Mszczonów is a logistics park located south-west of Warsaw, next to the S8 expressway and close to the E77 route as well as to the A2 and A1 motorways. This is where PepsiCo’s central warehouse is currently being built, and the developer also has land enabling further expansion of the investment by an additional 127,000 m2. The park’s tenants include Fiege and Jeronimo Martins Polska.
