Milan, 3 April 2023 - P3 Logistic Parks ( www.p3parks.com ) a company specialising in long-term investment, development, acquisition and management of real estate for logistics use, announces the appointment of Flavia Trebicka as Development Manager, effective 1 March 2023.
Flavia has extensive experience in the logistics sector and has recently worked with Vitali SPA as Real Estate Development Manager. She holds a degree in Architecture from the Milan Polytechnic and is currently completing a PhD in Architecture Technology at the ABC department, where she collaborated in university research for several years.
In her new role at P3 she will be in charge of Development Manager, strengthening the team by collaborating to create new real estate development opportunities in Italy, defining strategies in line with the company profile and potential clients.

P3's team is constantly expanding and at the end of last year further new additions were announced in the Legal, Finance and Project Management areas respectively.
They were joined by Stefano De Luca, Investment Manager, previously Investment Vice President at Prelios; Francesca Ampollo Rella, Head of Legal Italy, who in recent years had already consolidated an in-depth knowledge of P3 and the projects underway working for the law firm Watson Farley, in the Italian Real Estate Department; and Renzo Provello, Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the sector, working with multinationals of the calibre of INGKA Centers, ForumInvest Italy, Auchan, Gruppo Rinascente.
