Modern Logistics Development in Zörbig

P3 is planning a logistics property of approximately 114,000 m² in Zörbig, Saxony-Anhalt. The site lies in one of Eastern Germany’s most industrialized regions and offers excellent connections: the A9 motorway and public transport are close by, and Leipzig Airport can be reached within a short time. The trimodal infrastructure makes the location highly accessible for regional and international distribution.

Flexible Space for Diverse Needs

The development is designed to meet the requirements of medium to large companies in retail, e-commerce, and light production. Construction is scheduled to start at the end of 2025 and will be realized in three phases. Each hall can be divided into several units, allowing flexibility for different operational setups.

Focus on Sustainability

The project aims for a BREEAM “Excellent” certification. Sustainable features include energy-efficient LED lighting, motion-sensor water taps with water-saving fittings, demand-driven lighting in busy areas, EV charging stations, and smart meters for optimized consumption. In addition, the roof will be prepared for a photovoltaic system to support renewable energy use.
