(Prague, 22 September 2026) – The Czech management team of European industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks welcomes back a familiar face. The company has appointed Jakub Pelikán as Head of Land Acquisition and Development for the Czech Republic. Jakub previously served as Head of Development at P3. In his new role, he will combine the development responsibilities he already knows well with a broader remit covering land acquisition. He will be responsible for identifying and acquiring strategic development sites for future P3 projects and for the further expansion of P3’s logistics park portfolio in the Czech Republic.

Jakub Pelikán joins P3 with more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate and development. He spent the past seven years of his career as Development Director at European developer Mountpark. Prior to that, he led Goodman Czech Republic and Slovakia for four years. He also spent five years at ProLogis Czech Republic Management as Market Officer and Vice President for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The development team has also been strengthened by Denisa Klammertová as Senior Acquisition Manager. She joins from real estate consultancy iO Partners, where she specialised in industrial real estate, building on her previous experience at JLL. Also joining from iO Partners is Dina Macků, who will strengthen the leasing team in a managerial role.
