P3 Prague D8 park is located approximately 10 minutes from the Prague city centre on exit 1 (Zdiby) off of the D8 (Prague – Dresden – Berlin), with great visibility from the motorway. The park is reachable by public buses (370, 372), which connect the park with metro C (Kobylisy). Construction of this park began in February, 2004. It currently consists of seven buildings.
The largest customers of the park are VF Corporation, Pricol Wiping Systems Czech, DHL Express, Blažek, Puma and Alza.
P3 Prague Letňany is located in Praha – Letňany, 10 minutes from Prague city centre (near D8, D11 and Prague's ring road). The park is easily accessible by regular public transport. The metro line C (Letňany), as well as Letňany shopping centre, is nearby. Construction of this park commenced in 2006.
The park consists of two buildings occupied by the customers as Activa, Equiservis and ForCamping.
P3 Prague Horní Počernice is located in Prague East, 15 minutes from Prague city center, on exit 3 of D10 motorway (Prague – Mladá Boleslav – Germany). The shopping center Centrum Černý Most is 1.5 km away. The park is easily accessible by public transport – the metro station Černý Most is 1.5 km away, the train station is less than 1 km away and a regular bus line operates within the park. Construction of this park began in 2006 and currently consists of 36 warehouse buildings.
The largest customers of the park are Alimpex Food, Alza, Coca-Cola, HP Tronic, IKEA, Mall, MD logistika, Petcenter, PNS, RTR a WavinEkoplastik.
P3 Prague D11 is only a 20-minute drive from Prague´s city centre, and 8 km from the Černý Most retail centre, the largest shopping mall in the Czech Republic. It is close to exit 8 on the D11 motorway connecting Prague – Hradec Králové – Poland, and only 4 km from the D10 with links to Mladá Boleslav and Liberec. The park's current customers include FM Česká, Lidl, DHL, PPG Deco Czech, Duke Manufacturing and Penny Market.
P3 Prague D1 is located approximately 15 minutes from Prague city centre, on exit 15 of the D1 (Prague – Brno – Bratislava) with great visibility from the motorway. The park is reachable by shuttle bus (from metro C – Opatov). Construction of this park began in October 2005 and was completed in 2014.
The largest customers of the park are HOPI, Schenker, Yusen Logistics, Autokelly and Mountfield.
