Logistics firm currently leases more than 16,500 m² of warehouse space in three P3 parks.
Bratislava | 28 November 2023 - P3 Logistic Parks, a leading developer and owner of logistics properties in Europe, has secured another long-term tenant, with the logistics company, C.S.CARGO Slovakia, leasing an extra 2,700 m² of warehouse space at P3 Košice park to support its expansion in eastern Slovakia. The move comes after the company recently extended its lease at P3 Žilina for another three years.
C.S.CARGO Group operates in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), offering customers comprehensive solutions and full-service transportation, logistics, management and quality-control services, which require a network of distribution centres. Within Slovakia, C.S.CARGO has found the ideal location for its centres at P3 Žilina, where it leases 3,000 m² of warehouse and office space, and at P3 Košice, where it has more than 10,000 m².
When selecting locations, the customer considered several criteria, such as customer accessibility and good infrastructure for efficient distribution and successful operations. In addition, a centre must meet economic and financial criteria. Last but not least, the capacity of warehouse space also influences a decision, including for the efficient use of modern technology.

P3 manages one industrial property in the Košice park, where it has built a state-of-the-art A-grade hall with a total area of almost 13,000 m². At the Žilina park, P3 has built three industrial properties with a total area of over 28,000 m². All of P3’s halls are equipped with modern heating and ventilation systems, and come with superior thermal roof insulation and energy-saving intelligent LED lighting.
Ján Rybárik adds: "We currently have 6,260 m² of warehouse and office space immediately available for lease at P3 Žilina, and at P3 Košice we have 13,000 m² available for development according to customers' specific needs."
The P3 Žilina logistics park is located at the intersection of the D1 motorway (Bratislava - Žilina - Poprad - Košice) and the planned D3 international highway between Slovakia and Poland.
