(Prague, January 21, 2026) – RSF Elektronik, a company that has been synonymous with top-quality cable system manufacturing, precise metal machining and electric motor production in the Western Bohemia region for over thirty years, is expanding its operational capacities. P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term owner and developer of European industrial real estate, offered the ideal environment for this step in its modern P3 Plzeň Myslinka park. The manufacturer will utilize the newly acquired premises for efficient warehousing and product distribution.
"The entire process, from the initial negotiations to the handover of the hall to RSF Elektronik, took place in a record time of approximately 10 weeks. This only underscores our ability to react quickly to client needs and simultaneously confirms the high quality and attractiveness of the P3 Plzeň Myslinka park. RSF Elektronik has leased 3,300 sqm of warehouse space and an additional 300 sqm designated for administration in Hall C. The new hall boasts prestigious BREEAM Excellent certification, emphasizing its sustainability and energy efficiency in line with modern requirements. Technical parameters also contribute to the high operational standard, such as a clear height of 10 m in the warehouse areas, a floor loading capacity of 5 t/sqm, ideal for storing heavy metal products and electric motors, and efficient logistics solutions with at least one loading ramp with a loading dock for every 1,000 sqm of warehouse space. The comfort of the administrative facilities is ensured by a variable office layout with air conditioning and external blinds.
The P3 Plzeň Myslinka complex, located near the D5 motorway, offers RSF Elektronik an ideal position – it's just over a 20-minute drive from the company's main plant in Stříbro, which will significantly streamline distribution. "Although we have extensive facilities of our own in Stříbro, comprising four halls and an administrative building, our existing capacities were no longer sufficient. We decided to optimize our processes by dividing logistics flows into two separate areas: material flow and product flow. This step will allow us to increase efficiency and better respond to the specific requirements of both areas. P3 offered us an ideal combination of a strategic location close to our plant and modern warehousing solutions in Myslinka, which will significantly aid our logistics and support further expansion," added Petr Míka, Head of Material Management and Logistics at RSF Elektronik.
RSF Elektronik specializes in the production of cable systems, electric motors and precision machining on CNC machines, achieving accuracy down to thousandths of a millimeter. Sustainability and Support for the Regional Economy
P3 Plzeň Myslinka represents a modern industrial park with an emphasis on sustainability and efficient logistics. All constructed halls are BREEAM Excellent certified, reflecting the implementation of elements such as LED lighting to minimize light pollution, high-quality insulation, rainwater harvesting systems for toilet flushing, and roofs prepared for the installation of solar panels. Solar panels are already installed on Hall C, with a capacity of 340 kWh, ready for distribution to the park's tenants' operations. P3 emphasizes environmentally friendly construction materials here.
