Outdoor clothing manufacturer and distributor Outdoor concept and logistics company Raben join the park’s tenant portfolio
(Prague, 15 September 2026) – P3 Plzeň Myslinka industrial park is welcoming two new tenants, further expanding the tenant portfolio of P3’s newer park in the Plzeň region. In September, Outdoor concept, a company specialising in the development and distribution of outdoor equipment, and logistics company Raben began operations at the park. The arrival of the new tenants demonstrates that P3 Plzeň Myslinka is well suited to a wide range of businesses.
"I am pleased that we are succeeding in attracting different types of tenants and offering them spaces that meet their needs. While Raben, as a logistics company, could be considered a traditional tenant of an industrial park, Outdoor concept represents the retail sector and will operate its warehouse here. The two companies have somewhat different requirements, but thanks to the high flexibility of the park’s spaces, we are able to accommodate both," said Tereza Hametová, Senior Leasing Manager at P3.
Outdoor concept is a group of companies that designs and develops outdoor clothing and equipment under the Hannah and Rafiki brands. It is also a distributor of international outdoor brands for the Czech and CEE markets and operates an extensive network of Rock Point stores. At the park, Outdoor concept has leased 3,500 m² of warehouse space, which will be used primarily for storing clothing, together with 40 m² of office space. "P3 Plzeň Myslinka offers us an excellent space for further expansion. As we supply goods not only across the Czech Republic but throughout Central and Eastern Europe, the park’s strategic location close to the motorway network is crucial for us. We also liked the fact that the park is close to fields and forests, which fits naturally with our business," said Drahuše Ježková, Property and Facility Manager at Outdoor concept.
Raben, a provider of comprehensive logistics and transport services, has leased 3,350 m² of warehouse space and 315 m² of administrative space at P3 Plzeň Myslinka since September. P3 is currently preparing a mezzanine to create a second floor of offices. "In the Czech Republic, we operate a network of 10 branches providing domestic and international road transport, contract logistics and warehousing. At P3 Plzeň Myslinka, we are expanding our network in the West Bohemia region. The P3 park in Myslinka suits us both in terms of its location and the flexibility of its spaces, which will enable us to make our operations more efficient," added Jitka Kocálová, Marketing Manager for Raben in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Sustainability and support for the regional economy
P3 Plzeň Myslinka is a modern industrial park with a strong focus on sustainability and efficient logistics. With good access to the D5 motorway and located 21 km from Plzeň towards the German border, the site also benefits from its proximity to a railway station, a freight terminal and another P3 park in Nýřany, making it suitable for logistics, retail and light manufacturing. In addition to Outdoor concept and Raben, existing tenants at P3 Plzeň Myslinka include RSF Elektronik, WM Logistic Nýřany and HP Pelzer.
The park currently comprises four halls with a total area of 34,406 m², while an additional hall of almost 30,000 m² is ready for build-to-suit development. All completed halls are BREEAM Excellent certified, reflecting the implementation of features such as LED lighting designed to minimise light pollution, high-quality insulation, rainwater harvesting systems for toilet flushing, and roofs prepared for the installation of solar panels. Solar panels have already been installed on Hall C, with a capacity of 340 kWh, ready to supply energy to tenants’ operations within the park. P3 also places an emphasis on environmentally friendly construction materials. Located in a quiet part of the municipality on the edge of a forest, the park aims to preserve and revitalise the surrounding greenery. Newly planted landscaping within the park, an outdoor workout area and a pond serving as a retention basin also contribute to a pleasant environment. Another distinctive feature is the coexistence of two generations of buildings, with each new generation representing further progress in environmental and sustainable solutions.
