Warsaw, 21 January 2026 – P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor, developer and manager of European logistics properties, is reinforcing its position in Silesia. The company has acquired a 19.2-hectare plot in Gliwice and is going to build an advanced P3 Gliwice Logistics Park with a total area of nearly 100,000 m², including 94,000 m² of warehouse space and 4,700 m² of office space.
The planned investment will respond to the increasing market demand for modern and environmentally friendly warehouse space located in the prime areas in Poland. With its strategic vicinity to one of the key transport hubs in the country, the Gliwice-Sosnica junction, which connects the A4 and A1 motorways, national roads 44 and 88 with the main Silesian “Drogowa Trasa Srednicowa” expressway, the P3 Gliwice Park will enable efficient distribution of goods throughout Poland and a quick access to the most important European markets.
Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director, P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, says:
“With nearly 5.9 million square metres of modern warehouse space and its stable growth rate, the Upper Silesian region is currently the second largest warehousing market in Poland. And Gliwice, with its excellent infrastructure and location in the heart of the region, became a natural choice for our new investment. The P3 Gliwice Park is going to be not only a strategic point on a Polish logistics map, but also an example of a modern and responsible approach to the warehouse market growth.”
