Italy is also a very significant market for the company, which offers some particularly interesting logistical opportunities: in Northern Italy, at the P3 Park in Brignano, there is the availability of a portion of 40,563 m2 as part of a larger warehouse, located in an excellent strategic position near the A35 and A4 motorways.
In the Centre-North, at the P3 Park in Sala Bolognese, a warehouse of +/- 27,000 m2 has just been rented to Cab Log, a leading national logistics operator capable of providing logistical services in the food sector (dry and temperature-controlled), compatible food, beverages and spirits, household cleaning products, personal care products, animal feed and automotive. With this new deal P3 continues to maintain a high level of occupancy of its properties, and consolidates its presence in the Park of Sala Bolognese in one of the most important logistics hubs of the Centre North.
The Sala Bolognese park is currently occupied by Automobili Lamborghini (Lamborghini) and Ducati Motor Holding (Ducati), for which last year P3 delivered a new BTS (Build-to Suit) warehouse of 30,000 square meters on schedule after a tight schedule of construction work, which lasted only six months - the new logistics structure is the center for storage and distribution of original spare parts for Lamborghini and Ducati.
In addition, also within the P3 Park in Sala Bolognese, turnkey opportunities are available for potential new customers, for an additional 16,000 m2 .
In Q2 2020 the 188,000 m2 building under construction in the province of Rovigo will be delivered.
P3 continues its development in Italy also in the Centre-South, with a project in a strategic pole of great importance for the economy of the territory.
In Ardea, on an area of 188,000 m2 , near Rome, it has purchased a plot of land with the possibility of building a warehouse from 30,000 to 50,000 m2 located in a "key" logistics hub.
It is in fact an opportunity for "turnkey" development particularly relevant for the sector, in an area served by primary alternative road infrastructure, such as Via Pontina and Via Ardeatina, and for its proximity (only 2.7 km) to the intermodal railway terminal of Pomezia - Santa Palomba: a high-efficiency pole in the process of being relaunched, which will become a key junction in central Italy for the transport of goods by rail, thanks to a railway corridor that will connect Scandinavia and the Mediterranean.
P3 has also selected the Ardea area for its proximity to Rome and its strategic position for logistical-distribution development, just 14 km from the Ring Road, 37 km from Fiumicino Airport and 7 km from the SS 148 Pontina.
The new logistic structure will be developed under the banner of maximum flexibility, completely "customized" according to customer needs, and ideal for a wide range of sectors including 3PL, e-commerce, retailers, automotive, light manufacturing. In addition, the delivery of the warehouse can take place in a short time, in less than a year. Among the other advantages of the structure there will be ample room for manoeuvre and a height of up to 12 m under the beam.

Last October Jan Magni was appointed Head of Finance Italy, managing the company's operations in Italy based at the Milan headquarters.
Also in October, P3 announced the internal promotion of Jean-Luc Saporito, who took on the role of co-Chief Development Officer (CDO).
Another new entry in the Italian team with Tomaso Carta, who joins the Milan-based team as Project Manager, working alongside the Head of Construction for Western Europe in all activities relating to the Italy portfolio.
