The relocation became necessary to accommodate the expansion in P3’s team, notably in client support, after doubling the size of its pan-European platform of warehouses in just a year.

P3 is renting 810 m2 of space in the Florentinum office building on Na Florenci Street in central Prague. This compares with 475 m2 at the company’s previous premises, a few hundred metres away.

Within the CzechRepublic, P3 finalized the €523 million acquisition of a portfolio of warehouses in October to become the second largest provider of logistics facilities in the market. The company increased the number of Czech logistics parks it operates to 13 from two, with 874,000 m2 of lettable space versus 247,000 m2 previously
