Frankfurt am Main | 7th July 2022. P3 Logistic Parks, a leading developer and long-term owner of logistics properties in Europe, is expanding its investment and acquisition team. The new Head of Investment, Sönke Ezell, and Junior Investment Manager, Sebastian Kokich, form the logistics real estate company's new investment department to drive acquisitions in Germany and Austria.
With 17 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate market and investment management, Sönke Ezell is well prepared for the full range of his new responsibilities at P3. During his previous position as Head of Transactions at Savills Investment Management and his 13-year employment at Corpus Sireo / Swiss Life Asset Managers, the 40-year-old expert was able to acquire in-depth knowledge along the entire value chain - from acquisition to asset management to the sale of a property.
The second new member of the P3 team is Sebastian Kokich. The junior investment manager previously gained one year of professional experience in transaction management at Savills Investment Management. As a graduate of the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences with a Bachelor's degree in International Finance, he is now responsible for P3's future logistics investments in Germany together with Sönke Ezell.

In light of its expansion plans, P3 has also welcomed new Development Manager Peter Schultheiß and Senior Project Manager Felix von Eichel-Streiber to the Development and Construction team as of the first of July. Peter Schultheiß was previously responsible for neighbourhood developments for Eckehard Adams Wohnungsbau GmbH in Essen. He also worked as a senior project developer at HOCHTIEF for eight years. Felix von Eichel-Streiber comes from Drees & Sommer, where he worked as a senior consultant since 2018. Before that, he was a project manager at Arcadis for three years.
