CBRE and JLL appointed co-exclusively for leasing
Milan, 3 April 2023 - P3 Logistic Parks, a company specialising in long-term investment, development, acquisition and management of logistics real estate, expands its Italian portfolio by announcing the imminent availability of a new warehouse in the P3 Park in Sala Bolognese.
The 16,000 sqm warehouse will be available from April 2023 and benefits from a strategic location in a well-established area for logistics, among the major hubs in the Centre-North, excellently connected to the main roads and motorways. It is located in the municipality of Sala Bolognese, just 10 km from Bologna Airport and 16 km from the city centre, close to the A1, A13 and A14 motorways.
The building, Grade A and with future 'BREEAM Excellent' certification, reflects the most modern standards of efficiency for logistics activities with a height under beam of 12 metres, floor bearing capacity of 5 tonnes per square metre and 16 loading bays.
The marketing mandate was co-exclusive with CBRE and JLL.
