Gdansk is a city on the Baltic Sea coast in northern Poland. It is the capital of the Pomeranian Voivodeship and the main port of Poland. P3 Bydgoszcz is located south-east of the center of Bydgoszcz, in the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park. A plot has an area of 6 ha, where a warehouse with a total area of up to 50,000 m2 can be built.

P3 Poznan park is located south of Poznan, near the S11 dual carriageway which connects with the A2 motorway and provides access to Warsaw in the east and to Berlin in the west. Construction of this park commenced in 2008 and, currently, it consists of eight buildings with the potential for 12 buildings. There are two roads leading to the P3 Poznan park which guarantee comfortable access to the park. P3 Blonie is located in Blonie, 27 km west of Warsaw, at the junction of national road 92 and the A2 motorway (E30 European transit route). There are 15 buildings in total, constructed between 1999 – 2022. The largest customers of the park are Antalis, DSV Solutions, Wilshire Holding, IBM, Europapier, Quick Service Logistics, Green Factory Logistics and Triumph.
