ESG est une pierre angulaire pour P3 Logistic Parks afin de créer de la valeur à long terme pour son actionnaire, ses investisseurs, ses clients et les communautés où elle opère. Par conséquent, en 2022, P3 a lancé un cadre de Green Financing qui intègre les objectifs ESG de l'entreprise à ses activités de financement. En vertu du Cadre de Green Financing, P3 peut émettre des Green Bonds ou d'autres types de dettes au format vert. P3 considère le Cadre de Green Financing comme une clé pour atteindre trois des principaux objectifs environnementaux de P3 :
Diminuer l'intensité des gaz à effet de serre du portefeuille conformément aux objectifs de neutralité carbone reconnus à l'échelle mondiale ; diminuer la consommation d'énergie et améliorer la performance énergétique des actifs dans l'ensemble du portefeuille ; et certifier le patrimoine de P3 à la norme BREEAM Very Good ou à une norme équivalente d'ici la fin de l'année 2022.
