P3 Logistic Parks diversifies Dutch portfolio by acquisition of 16,700 m² site in Deventer

The acquired site is fully leased to Dutch sportswear provider Deventrade B.V.

Rotterdam | 13th April 2022 P3 Logistic Parks, the long-term investor-developer of European logistics properties, acquires a fully-leased property in Deventer, the Netherlands.

In line with its growth strategy in the Netherlands, P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a site of a gross leasable area of more than 16,700 sqm, located at the Bergweidedijk in Deventer. The semi-industrial property consists of a 14,000 sqm warehouse and a 2,700 sqm office space, including a showroom. Thanks to its location directly at exit number 23 of the A1 highway, the site is perfectly connected for national and international deliveries.

The property is fully leased to Deventrade B.V., an international team sportswear provider with brands, like Hummel and Reece Australia, for both professional and amateur clubs.

Léon Vié, Managing Director Netherlands & Belgium at P3 Logistic Parks, comments: “The successful acquisition of this long-term leased logistics property perfectly suits our growth ambitions in the Netherlands. We see it as a grade A quality asset in a prime location that adds geographical diversification to the Dutch portfolio. With Deventrade as our long-term tenant, we are excited to collaborate with a solid second generation Dutch family business. ”

Including the newly acquired site, P3 currently owns and manages nine logistics sites across the Netherlands, rented out to clients such as Lidl, Greenyard Fresh, Jumbo, Yamato, Karl Rapp and Cargotech.
