Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 11th November 2025 – P3, a leading developer and long-term owner of logistics properties in Europe, has acquired a commercial site of approximately 100,306 m² from the municipality of Ebermannsdorf. A state-of-the-art logistics facility is planned for development on this strategically located site.
The location stands out for its excellent accessibility: only 1.3 kilometers from the A6 motorway (about a 2-minute drive), it offers ideal conditions for national and international logistics operations. Its proximity to Nuremberg (80 km), Munich (170 km), and Regensburg (60 km) provides access to key economic centers and consumer markets.
Sönke Kewitz, Managing Director of P3 Germany, says:
“With this project, we are expanding our portfolio with another site in one of Germany’s most dynamic economic regions. The excellent connection to the Nuremberg metropolitan area makes this location particularly attractive.”
Moritz Arendt, Project Manager at P3, adds:
“Thanks to the very good and constructive partnership with the municipality of Ebermannsdorf, we were able to secure this site, which combines excellent transport links, proximity to major economic centers, and an attractive environment with a qualified workforce. Here, we are creating optimal conditions for the success of our future tenants.”
Erich Meidinger, Mayor of Ebermannsdorf, says:
“The establishment of the P3 logistics park is an important milestone for Ebermannsdorf. This project will sustainably strengthen our local economy and create future-proof jobs for people in the region.”
The planned logistics park, with a total rental area of around 61,330 m², will be developed to the highest modern standards and feature numerous environmentally friendly elements, including a photovoltaic system and charging stations for electric vehicles. The flexible concept will be suitable for both logistics and light production uses.
P3 collaborated with renowned partners on the transaction: McDermott Will & Schulte Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP and Colliers Munich.
