The first few months of the year have been very busy and productive, confirming that we have the capacity to successfully achieve our objectives. This year we have plans to build new facilities in all four of our parks. We’ve also finalised the acquisition of 49.2 ha of land close to P3 Poznań park where we intend to start construction next year”.

We really appreciate the developer's openness and ability to adapt to our needs, which has resulted in an extremely effective and seamless collaboration between our teams. We were looking for modern warehouse space with an above-standard working height of 12 m, which posed no problem at all for them. Another driver was the prime location of the park, which we already benefit from at our company headquarters.”
As well as the 12m working height, the new building at P3 Mszczonów park incorporates has a series of energy efficient, eco-friendly solutions including the latest LED lighting systems and the newest types of “sandwich” panels with improved insulation properties. The facility will be put into service in Q3 2017.
