For the twelfth consecutive year, the European Real Brand Institute, based in Berlin, has conducted a survey with the opinions of more than 109,000 real estate sector specialists on more than 1,000 brands in 45 European markets for the leading European real estate brand value study. This brand value study establishes the basis of the European Real Estate 500, the analysis that determines the 500 most relevant companies dedicated to Real Estate on the European scene. 

Thus, for the second consecutive year, P3 Logistic Parks has been named the best logistics developer in the Southern Europe region, beating its competitors with a score of more than 88 points out of 100.

P3 Logistic Parks said that "It is a real honour to be able to count on this recognition, which not only highlights the company's commitment to consolidated growth in the region, but also our desire to improve and continue to be a company of value for our customers and partners".

The winners were announced at a live gala on May 28th, which was directed by TV presenter Barbara Schöneberger and the CEO of the Real Estate Brand Institute, Harold Steiner, where the key points of this edition were highlighted; sustainability, leadership in innovation and capacity for digitalization.

The European Real Estate Brand Institute evaluates the brand strength of real estate companies every year. The institution has established itself as the market leader in assessing the positioning and value of brands in the European real estate industry.
