New P3 warehouse near Amsterdam attracts first tenant, Ivy Technology

50% of warehouse now occupied, with 13,720 m² still available

Amsterdam | 27 March 2024 P3, a leading investor, developer, and owner of European logistic properties, has signed a lease agreement with Ivy Technology Support Services Netherlands B.V. for its modern, newly developed P3 Amstelveen warehouse, near Amsterdam in the Netherlands. This partnership makes Ivy Technology the inaugural tenant of the property, occupying 13,726 m², or 50% of the facility’s capacity. Cushman & Wakefield represented P3 in concluding the lease agreement with Ivy Technology, and is responsible for leasing the remaining space, of which 13,720 m² is still available for new tenants.

Ivy Technology, a global electronics repair and service operations business, is taking over the space from March 2024. The lease comprises 11,340 m² of warehouse space, 551 m² of office space, and 1,835 m² of mezzanine space. P3 Amstelveen’s strategic location in business park De Loeten, with close proximity to the Dutch capital city and Schiphol airport, and direct access to the N201 and major freeways (A2, A4, A9 and A10), enhances the asset’s accessibility and operational efficiency for Ivy Technology.

Léon Vié, Managing Director Netherlands & Belgium at P3, comments: “It is a pleasure to welcome Ivy Technology to our new Amstelveen warehouse. Their global footprint and innovative approach are impressive, and we look forward to collaborating to support their growth in our high-standard facilities.”

Scott Greer, CEO at Ivy Technology, adds: “We are delighted to be part of this exceptional opportunity, and we take pride in Ivy Technology being the inaugural tenant of this innovative facility. Our new warehouse enables us to further enhance our global operations and the quality of our services for our clients.”

The recently completed P3 Amstelveen – DC De Loeten, consists of a total lettable area of around 27,446 m².

Perfect for light industrial use, the warehouse features a 5,000 kg floor load capacity, 12.2 meters of clear height, and 20 dock doors, making it ideal for multi-tenant occupancy.

The facility is on track to achieve the BREEAM “Excellent” certification, underscoring P3’s commitment to sustainability. Features such as LED lighting, a water management system and photovoltaic panels highlight the development’s eco-friendly and energy-efficient design.

The asset was acquired last year by P3 from logistics real estate developer, Ringmeer B.V., who was represented by Nes Vastgoed. General contractor, Heembouw Bedrijfsruimten West B.V, was responsible for the design and construction of the warehouse.
