Despite the current emergency period, the Logistics & Industry department of World Capital has successfully continued its activity, finalizing the lease of a 13,000 sqm building, located in a 68,000 sqm logistics park in Brignano Gera d'Adda (BG), owned by P3 Logistic Parks, a company specialized in long-term investments, development, acquisition and management of real estate for logistics use.
The tenant is Valsped Group S.p.A, an important national and international transport company, which for over 30 years has been managing logistics and transporting all types of food and industrial goods, including chemical products, by road, air and sea. 
The property, in excellent condition, consists of two logistics modules for a total of 13,000 square meters, with a height of 10.5 meters and 14 loading bays, which facilitate the handling of goods, making the solution suitable for transport activities. 
The location is highly strategic, in fact the asset is located a few km from the Brebemi motorway and Orio Al Serio airport.
