P3 Ebermannsdorf comprises a state-of-the-art logistics hall with approximately 56,640 m² of logistics space, complemented by around 1,060 m² of office space and 3,630 m² of mezzanine space. The flexible layout allows for subdivision into up to six units and is suitable for both logistics and light industrial uses.

Thanks to our network of parks across Europe, P3 is able to offer customers options that match the specific needs of their business, such as size, location preference, budget, availability and specialized features. During property visits, our team of experts will guide customers through the premises to jointly evaluate their suitability based on set criteria.
Once the customer has evaluated the market and completed feasibility studies and due diligence to assess the warehouse's potential impact on operations, costs and logistics, we will engage in preliminary discussions with the customer to understand the terms of the lease, including rent amount, duration and any special provisions.
After preliminary discussions, we work with the customer on detailed negotiations to agree on key terms such as rent, length of lease, extension options, room modifications, maintenance responsibilities and benefits. After the legal review, we proceed to finalize and sign the rental agreement under the agreed terms.
We work with the customer to complete the necessary modifications or improvements to the warehouse as agreed in the lease agreement. We facilitate the customer's move-in process by coordinating logistics, securing access to the property and solving any immediate questions or problems. Our goal is a smooth transition so that the customer can start their business in the new space.
