It all began back in 2001.

We opened our first office in Prague, and initially mainly bought development sites. Fast-forward a few years and we’re one of the largest owners, developers and managers of European logistics properties. Since then, the name has changed and the company has grown, but our commitment to customer satisfaction remains as firm as ever.
