P3 Kamen is located in the eastern part of the Ruhr area in the district of Unna, with excellent motorway connections. It is situated next to the Kamen Junction, at the crossing of two busy motorways: the A1 for north-south traffic (Hamburg-Cologne-Saarbrücken) and the A2 for east-west (Oberhausen-Hanover-Berlin). The airports of Dortmund and Düsseldorf are 13 and 40 km away, respectively.

In the northern park site, P3 is currently developing a new logistics warehouse comprising 46,700 m² of space in five cells, with 80 percent already pre-let. The remaining cell 5 offering 8.770 m² will be available from October 2018. Due to 24/7 operating license, the warehouse will be suitable for contract logistics and distribution.

The southern part of P3 Kamen is going to be fully redeveloped, with demolition of the existing building starting mid 2018. From mid 2019 onwards the new building will offer 84,049 m² of modern warehouse space with flexible layout.
