A number of Škoda Auto's suppliers already use P3 warehouses in Mladá Boleslav – HP-Pelzer manufactures acoustic components, and Yapp Czech Automotive develops and makes fuel systems. Because of an expansion of operations, the space used by these two companies will now be doubled to nearly 30,000 m2. In addition, two more warehouses with a size of 3,800 m2 and 4,800 m2 will be built on the park. The facilities are already being eyed by prospective customers from the automotive industry, in addition to other sectors. The developer expects that the warehouses will be leased out before their completion, which is planned for the fall of this year.

Another supplier to the automotive industry, the Spanish corporation Grupo Antolin, has its base of operations in P3 Příšovice, at a driving distance of about 20 minutes in the northeast direction from the Mladá Boleslav industrial park. Grupo Antolin uses the facility to manufacture interior components, such as dashboards and door panels, for over 500 different models of a number of popular carmakers. Because Grupo Antolin recently needed to enlarge its warehouse capacity, P3 responded by building a facility with a 3,700 m2 to complement the company's existing warehouse, which features a floor area of approximately 10,000 m2.

"Sometimes, I think that we could put together our own car from the components stored by our customers in P3 parks around Mladá Boleslav and Liberec. As far as the automotive industry is concerned, however, we'll stick to what we do best – building industrial facilities in key localities that are suitable for both storage and manufacturing," says P3's Managing Director for the Czech Republic, Tomáš Míček.

There is a lasting shortage of vacant storage space and land for the construction of logistical facilities near Mladá Boleslav. P3 meets the needs of its clients from the automotive industry by providing any specific solution they require, such as a higher installed electricity capacity, higher number of skylights providing larger amounts of daylight, and increased intensity of internal lighting. P3 pays close attention to amenities for employees and residents from the local community, with access roads being located away from residential areas. For employees, the park offers locker rooms, relaxation areas and an ample number of parking spaces.
