P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor specialized in the management and development of logistic properties in Europe, announces two promotions in the team based in the Milan headquarters, in continuity with the growth of the activities on the Italian market.

Giuliano Casale has recently been promoted to the role of Head of Development Italy.
He joined the company in 2018 as Development Manager Italy and his contribution has been fundamental in identifying turnkey developments, as well as acquiring two significant land banks in strategic markets such as Bologna and Rome. In his new role, Casale will be in charge of overseeing the bidding and negotiation processes with clients and landowners on development projects, and will be responsible for the entire cycle of activities, from site selection to deal finalization, continuing to report directly to Jean-Luc Saporito, Managing Director of P3 Italy and Chief Development Officer.

Tomaso Carta has also been promoted to the role of Head of Construction Italy.
Tomaso joined the P3 team in 2019 as Project Manager, to follow the Build To Suit project for Amazon in Castelguglielmo (RO). He successfully led the completion of P3's largest development in Europe during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In his new position he will be responsible for the coordination and on-time delivery of pipeline projects in Italy, as well as overseeing applications for construction permits, technical due diligence, technical specification definition and procurement. He will continue to report directly to Jean-Luc Saporito and Nick Kavelakis for Construction.

Jean-Luc Saporito, P3 Italy's Managing Director and Chief Development Officer, said: "Giuliano and Tomaso's contribution to P3's growth in Italy has been significant and will allow us to respond more adequately to our clients' needs.
