In the course of the Real Estate Brand Value Study, which was conducted for the 13th time this year, the EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE BRAND INSTITUTE awarded P3 Logistic Parks twice. Compared to last year, the long-term owner and developer of logistics properties recorded the greatest leap in terms of brand strength across all categories and countries and thus received the "Strongest Brand Growth" award. In addition, P3 was named Best Logistics Developer in Southern Europe for the third time in a row.

Every year, the European Real Estate Brand Institute awards the strongest corporate brands in the European real estate industry for their achievements in brand management and positioning with the REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD. The expert opinion of more than 109,000 industry experts on over 1,400 brands from 45 European markets serves the Berlin-based European Real Brand Institute as the basis for Europe's most important Real Estate Brand Value Study, which was conducted for the 13th time in a row in 2021.

This year, for the first time, the award for the strongest brands took place during a hybrid Livestream Award Gala. TV presenter Barbara Schoeneberger and Harald Steiner hosted the evening. Under the motto "Disruption meets Resilience", the event focused on the driving indicators of the industry - employer branding, ESG, resilience and digital marketing leadership.
