Frankfurt am Main, Germany | 14th December 2021. P3 Logistic Parks, a leading developer and long-term owner of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed a lease agreement with the logistics company Dachser. This means that the P3 Park in Obertraubling near Regensburg and P3's entire German portfolio are fully leased. P3 was supported in the leasing process by the consulting firm Realogis.

The family-owned company Dachser offers transport logistics, warehousing, and customer-specific value-added services in the Air & Sea Logistics and Road Logistics business segments. The P3 location in Obertraubling is situated in the region of Eastern Bavaria, which, as a European logistics hub, offers connections to the rail and inland waterway networks and is therefore conveniently located for Dachser. Nuremberg and Munich are both 120 km away from the logistics property.

In total, the P3 Park has a usable floor space of 38,000 m². Of this, around 16,000 m² is already being used by Makita Werkzeug GmbH and 15,700 m² by Euro Pool System, the leading logistics provider for returnable packaging in the European fresh produce supply chain. The remaining approximately 5,300 m² will be put into operation by Dachser in the future. With this letting, P3 manages to fully let its Germany portfolio with almost 1.7 million m² of usable space shortly before the end of the year.

Sönke Kewitz, Managing Director P3 Logistic Parks Germany: "With the full occupancy of our park in Obertraubling we continue the success story of P3 in Germany. This year, we doubled our German portfolio to a total of 66 properties through the acquisition of the Matrix portfolio and the Romaco property in Cologne. Our development activities also contributed to this. For example, we were able to complete several locations with a total of over 110,000 m² of rental space in 2021. We are now pleased to hand over our currently last available space to our new tenant Dachser."

The property is divided into state-of-the-art logistics space and an office area, has a clear height of 10 meters and is fully equipped with LED lighting. The building complex leased by Dachser has one ground-level and four ramp gates. For a more pleasant working climate and to preserve the natural habitats of flora and fauna, a near-natural retention basin was created in addition to higher-quality greening measures on the entire site.

To make the park in Obertraubling as environmentally friendly as possible and keep the carbon footprint low, P3 used recyclable building materials from local construction companies. In addition, highly efficient water systems and LED lighting systems with motion sensors reduce water and electricity consumption.
