In the words of Luis Giménez: "As a professional in the sector, it is an honour for me to be part of a reference company such as P3 Logistic Parks, where I can not only offer a differential value, but also contribute to the development of a key infrastructure such as logistics for Spain and Europe".

The company has also incorporated Borja Carrascal as new Project Manager for Spain. Borja will be in charge of the planning and design of the projects, as well as supervising the construction phase under the direction of Álvaro Nieto, current Head of Construction.

Borja is an experienced Engineer and PMP® Certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a leadership professional with more than ten years of experience, both in national/international projects and in architectural/engineering areas. During this time, Borja has managed a wide variety of projects, from new construction to complete refurbishments. Borja also has extensive experience in BIM projects, being responsible for providing leadership and management of specific BIM technologies to various project teams.

Borja Carrascal says: "I am very motivated to join a company in constant growth and development such as P3 Logistic Parks, a reference in the sector that offers an exceptional service to important clients".

Javier Mérida, General Manager of P3 Logistic Parks Spain stated that: "We are living a crucial moment for European logistics and, therefore, it is essential for us to reinforce our structure with profiles like Luis and Borja's, to be able to face the challenges that arise and maintain the quality of our service as we have done so far, so that our customers always have the best possible service".

David Marquina, CDO of P3 Logistic Parks in the European region said: "Spain is a key country for European logistics, where our client portfolio is not only very satisfied, but is experiencing a remarkable growth linked to the development of key sectors such as logistics or e-commerce after the pandemic. Luis is a valuable addition to drive this growth at a crucial time like the one we are experiencing.

According to Alvaro Nieto, Head of Construction at P3 Logistic Parks España: "With the incorporation of Borja, the construction team in Spain is ready to face the new challenges that lie ahead with the highest level of demand and quality that characterises us."
