Since 1 November 2020, P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor and developer of logistics real estate, has signed a lease for its Saint Martin de Crau warehouse. A transaction concluded with great anticipation that has made it possible to secure the occupation of this building with the entry of a first-rate tenant with no vacancies. This new logistics platform will enable this prime tenant to optimise the distribution of its products on a national level.

Located in Saint Martin de Crau (13), this existing building owned by P3 logistic parks since 2007, well maintained and offering very good services, in line with Class A warehouse standards, is now fully occupied, i.e. 18,871 sqm since 2 November 2020.

Strategically located in the south of France, 35 km from the container terminals of the major seaport of Marseille Fos and at equal distance from Lyon, Spain and Italy, Saint Martin de Crau is a key logistics site that benefits from numerous attractions, including the historical presence of major logistics players, a key vector of a rapidly expanding sector.

This operation was carried out by BNP Paribas Real Estate, advising both the bidder P3 Logistic Parks and the buyer.

Christophe Chauvard, Managing Director France, P3 is delighted with this transaction and declares: "The know-how of the P3 and BNP Paribas Real Estate teams has once again made it possible to integrate a company of great stature. Following the expansion of their business, this site will be used to optimise the distribution of its products to serve the whole of France. Its strategic location makes it an ideal destination for this company".
